SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description
This messaging program sends quiz results, product delivery confirmations, Community updates, coaching session reminders, and customer support messages to individuals who have opted in via our website or intake forms. Opt-in is collected through a dedicated SMS consent checkbox.
Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number that messaged you. We will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS; after that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Dr. Natalie's methodology is based on her training, experience, and personal results. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee that you will find a relationship, achieve a specific outcome, or experience any particular result from our products, Community, or coaching.

Payments, Billing & Cancellation
One-Time Purchases (Love Style Deep Dive): All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once purchased.
Love Alignment Community ($197/month): This is a recurring monthly membership that automatically renews and bills each month until cancelled. All monthly charges are final and non-refundable, including partial months. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access through that period.
1:1 Coaching: Terms for the 1:1 program, including payment schedule and any cancellation terms, will be provided separately in your coaching agreement upon acceptance.
Automatic Renewal Disclosure (California Law)
In accordance with California's Automatic Renewal Law, we disclose the following clearly before you enroll in the Love Alignment Community:
- Your membership is $197 per month and will automatically renew and charge each month to the payment method on file, until you cancel.
- There is no fixed end date to this subscription; it continues until cancelled by you.
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing [email protected], without needing to speak to a representative. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period already paid for.
- We will notify you by email if the price of your subscription changes, before the change takes effect.
Third-Party Community Platform
The Love Alignment Community is hosted on a third-party platform. Your use of that platform is also subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the platform's availability, functionality, or handling of your data, though we take reasonable care in selecting platforms we trust.
Community Conduct
Members of the Love Alignment Community agree to:
- Treat other members and staff with respect
- Keep shared personal stories and details confidential within the Community
- Refrain from harassment, solicitation, or promotional posting unrelated to the Community's purpose
- Refrain from posting graphic, sexual, or explicit content of any kind
- Refrain from posting content that is defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or unlawful
- Refrain from impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
- Refrain from sharing another member's personal information outside the Community without their consent
We are not obligated to actively monitor the Community on a continual basis, but we reserve the right to review content and remove any member, without notice and without refund, for violating these guidelines.
Intellectual Property Rights

This Site and all materials on it are the property of Dr. Natalie Love Coach and/or our licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute any material from the Site without our authorization, though you may download or print individual pages for personal use, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact.
Your License to Us
By submitting material to us (including testimonials, Community posts, comments, or feedback), you represent that you own the material or have the right to share it. You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that material in connection with our business, including in marketing, provided we handle it consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Links to third-party sites do not imply our endorsement of them. The information, products, and Community are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Natalie Love Coach, Tiniest Spark, and our respective officers, agents, and employees from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Dr. Natalie Love Coach, Tiniest Spark, or our officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, our products, the Community, or coaching services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, our products, or our services will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Registration & Account Security
Access to the Community or certain Site features may require creating an account, either with us or on our third-party Community platform. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, your products, or the Community, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct we deem inappropriate or unlawful. No refund will be issued for termination due to a violation of these Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Agreement to Arbitrate: Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, you and Dr. Natalie Love Coach agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, the Community, or coaching services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association located in Orange County, CA) under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.
Class Action Waiver: You and Dr. Natalie Love Coach each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific agreement (such as a 1:1 coaching agreement), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and our products and services, and supersede any prior agreements.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Electronic Communications
By using the Site or our services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and SMS. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications we send electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will always be available on our Site with its effective date.
